Directions:
1. Pour 80ml of fresh orange juice into a rock glass.
2. Add 120ml of in-house cold brew coffee.
3. Mix in 20ml of cinnamon syrup.
4. Fill the glass with 100g of ice.
5. Stir well and serve chilled.

Most importantly, it has anti-ageing properties. “Lotus nuts (makhanas) have the highest resistant starch (RS) content amongst all nuts. Recipe:
- Add 1 cup of roasted makhana, 2 tbsp of roasted peanuts and 2 tbsp of almonds to a blender. Grind them along with one glass of milk.

Raw Mango Martini
Ingredients:
- Gin: 60 ml
- Lime Juice: 30 ml
- Aam Panna Mix: 15 ml
- Dry Vermouth: 15 ml
Preparation:
- Rim the martini glass with a mix of rock salt, cumin powder, and red chili powder. Put the glass to chill.
- Add gin, dry vermouth, and lime juice to a shaker.
- Add the aam panna mix to the shaker.
- Shake the mixture until smooth and chilled.
- Pour into the chilled martini glass.

Ingredients:
- 4 cups cubed watermelon
