The final chapter of the Tamil Nadu edition unfolded in Coimbatore at the plush ITC WelcomHotel on 18th April 2025.
With top luxury planners in attendance, the session saw vibrant discussions on client expectations, logistics, and pricing strategies for Abu Dhabi weddings.
“My takeaway is simple — Abu Dhabi isn’t just another international destination. It feels close to India in spirit but delivers world-class luxury. Considering you can do an international destination wedding in Abu Dhabi at the same cost as a palace wedding in Jaipur is a great deal,” said Aparan from Aara Design & Decor.
The Abu Dhabi Convention & Exhibition Bureau led an insightful discussion on visa facilitation, flight connectivity, and local vendor support for Indian weddings.
“We want Indian weddings to feel at home in Abu Dhabi — from food to décor to entertainment,” emphasized Mr Anand Punjani from the Emirates Palace Abu Dhabi. He further stated what the destination offers everything, from world-class amenities to culture rooted to home, it truly is the emerging wedding destination in the coming years.
The enthusiasm in Coimbatore was electric — with multiple planners immediately expressing interest in venue tie-ups and client proposals. As the curtains closed, Abu Dhabi had clearly secured a place in the hearts — and plans — of Tamil Nadu’s finest wedding minds.
